Dear All,

 

The EU Delegation is pleased to announce that the European Commission will publish within the next 2 months two global calls for proposals within the framework of the thematic programme "Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development". Each of these two calls will be opened, as applicants or partners, to relevant organisations in partner countries of the EU:

- The first call will concern Non-State Actors within Objective 1b of the programme: "Actions in partner countries (multi-country interventions) for Non-State Actors". It will be published in the site of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation-EuropeAid on 16th October 2011.

- The second call will concern Local Authorities within the objectives 1b and 2 of the programme. Local Authorities in partner countries of the EU will be able to apply under objective 1 of the programme: "Actions in partner countries (multi-country interventions" for Local Authorities". It will be published in the site of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation-EuropeAid on 1st November 2011.

A Delegação da União Europeia tem o prazer de anunciar que a Comissão Europeia irá lançar  nos próximos dois meses dois convites globais para apresentação de propostas no âmbito do programa temático "Actores Não Estatais e Autoridades Locais em Desenvolvimento". Cada um desses dois convites será aberto, como candidatos ou parceiros, a organizações relevantes em países parceiros da UE:


- O primeiro convite será dirigido aos Actores Não Estatais dentro do Objectivo 1b do programa: "Acções em países parceiros (intervenções "multi country") para Actores Não Estatais". Será publicado no site da Comissão Europeia, Direcção-Geral para o Desenvolvimento e Cooperação-EuropeAid a 16 de Outubro de 2011.


- O segundo convite será dirigido a Autoridades Locais dentro do objectivo 1b e 2 do programa. Autoridades Locais em países parceiros da UE poderão candidatar-se no âmbito do objectivo 1 do programa: "Acções em países parceiros (intervenções "multi-países") para Autoridades Locais." Será publicado no site da Comissão Europeia, Direcção-Geral para o Desenvolvimento e Cooperação-EuropeAid a 1 Novembro de 2011.


Junto se envia um "link" para as previsões da EuropeAid relativas aos próximos convites da UE à apresentação de propostas que contem informações básicas sobre os dois convites acima referidos:
