Greetings from ICAE.

In an effort to contribute to ongoing discussions by providing critical 
analysis and reflection on research carried out in the field of education, 
ICAE has prepared this short document with some comments on the 2010 EFA 
Global Monitoring Report. Please find attached ICAE's document on this 
report.

As you know, the 2010 Education for All Global Monitoring Report was 
released on 19 January. This report argues that the crisis could create a 
lost generation of children whose life chances will have been irreparably 
damaged by a failure to protect their right to education so it examines the 
causes  why they are being left behind, and shows that the cost of providing 
Education for All is much higher than previously estimated.

Dans un effort visant à contribuer aux discussions en cours en fournissant 
critique analyse et de réflexion sur les recherches effectuées dans le 
domaine de l'éducation, l'ICAE a préparé ce document court avec quelques 
commentaires sur le Rapport Mondial de Suivi sur l'Éducation Pour Tous 2010. 
S'il vous plaît trouver ci-joint le document du ICAE sur cette rapport.

Le Rapport mondial de suivi sur l’Éducation pour tous 2010, publié le 19 
janvier, affirme que la crise pourrait créer une génération d’enfants perdus 
ayant des chances d’épanouissement irrémédiablement amoindries par une 
incapacité à protéger leur droit à l’éducation. 

Le Rapport cherche à savoir qui sont ces enfants et pourquoi ils sont 
laissés de côté et montre que le coût de l’Éducation pour tous est bien plus 
élevé que ce qui avait été estimé précédemment.
