The organisation's major focus is to empower communities for development. It specifically deals with Health, education, economic empowerment and advocacy for people's rights.</div>

In this sense, I have important news to share with you. After a long discussion between ICAE Executive Committee and our Swedish hosts, it was decided that <b><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">ICAE members from Latin America, Africa and Asia will not pay registration fee for the Assembly.</span></b></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" face="Calibri"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> </span></font></p>
