<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal" class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=FR-HT><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Attendu que, selon votre avis, il vous a été obligé <SPAN> </SPAN>d’investiguer au près de la <B>MINUSTHA</B>, la Police et la Justice aux fins de vérifier <SPAN> </SPAN>ou non ladite dénonciation. Laquelle investigation vous a révélé<SPAN> </SPAN>que je n’ai aucune contravention avec la <B>MINUSTHA</B>, la Police et la Justice, ce qui vous a permis de me concéder un visa de courtoisie pour participer à la Conférence Internationale sur l’Education des Adultes <SPAN> </SPAN>(<B>CONFINTEA)</B> et à la Conférence Internationale de la Société Civile <B>(FISC)</B> ;</FONT></FONT></SPAN>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal" class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=FR-HT><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Attendu que,<SPAN> </SPAN>je vous ai avoué que mon travail d’avocat consiste à défendre la veuve et l’orphelin, en particulier les étudiants/étudiantes, militants/militantes des organisations de base victimes d’arrestations<SPAN> </SPAN>et de détentions<SPAN> </SPAN>arbitraires ;</FONT></FONT></SPAN>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal" class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=FR-HT><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Attendu que, au cours du mois de décembre 2009, le Sieur <B>Aderson Bussinger</B> Carvalho m’a confirmé réellement son existence et son affiliation au Barreau d’Avocats du Brésil, mais rejette d’un revers de main toute possibilité de me dénoncer<SPAN> </SPAN>au près des autorités du Brésil<SPAN> </SPAN>et que jamais il ne poserait un tel acte ;</FONT></FONT></SPAN>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: normal" class=ecxMsoNormal><SPAN lang=FR-HT><FONT size=3><FONT face=Calibri>Attendu que depuis le 29 octobre 2009, je vis dans une situation<SPAN> </SPAN>d’inquiétude et de trouble. Ce qui m’a obligé de faire un retrait sur mon voyage au Brésil et ne pas participer à la <B>CONFINTEA<SPAN> </SPAN>et au FISC ;</B></FONT></FONT></SPAN>
