[Ialla_francophone] WSF 2010: systematization on the 2010 activities

Greetings from Montevideo

I am sending to you a very interesting
systematization on the WSF activities during 2010, the "Global Year of
Action 2010" (in English, French and Spanish versions), written by Gustave
Massiah on behalf of the Strategy Commission of the WSF, and presented few
days ago in the last IC meeting of the WSF in Dakar.
